Belle Elle is operated by PROSUN GOOD LIFE SRL. We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, here is how returns and refunds work.

30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return and a full refund of the product price, for any reason.

Return conditions

The item must be unused, unwashed and in a clean, resalable condition, with its original packaging where possible.
Contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without a return request cannot be processed.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except when the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund. In most cases you will not need to send the item back.

How to start a return

Email info@foreverzen.co with your order number and the reason for the return.
We reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Ship the item back and send us the tracking number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm your refund by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few extra days for the amount to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Want a different color or size? Start a return as described above and place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to get the right product.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in processing and will need to be returned once delivered.

Consumers in the European Union

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Our 30-day guarantee goes beyond this right. To exercise it, email us with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
