Belle Elle is operated by PROSUN GOOD LIFE SRL. This policy explains how we ship your order.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Romania. If your country is not available at checkout, we are not able to deliver there yet.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation by email right after checkout and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your package ships.

Delivery time

Delivery to the United States typically takes 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery to Romania typically takes 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs checks or peak seasons.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. Tracking information can take 2–4 business days to update after dispatch.

Address changes and cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, contact us at info@foreverzen.co within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been dispatched we can no longer change it.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders delivered to the United States with a value under USD 800 are not subject to import duties. If any customs charge applies in your country, it is the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email us with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
