1. Who we are

This website, https://5ny4kk-0d.myshopify.com (the “Store”), is operated under the brand Belle Elle by PROSUN GOOD LIFE SRL, a company registered in Romania, with its registered office at Loc. Caporal Alexa, Nr. 186B, Sântana 317281, Arad County, Romania (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at info@foreverzen.co.

By visiting the Store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy. Please read them before placing an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and availability

We make every effort to display our products, their colors and dimensions as accurately as possible. Because of differences in screens and because our blankets are made of plush fabric, slight variations in color and measurements (up to about 3 cm) are normal and are not considered defects. We may discontinue a product or change its specifications at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order or per customer.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless a different currency is displayed at checkout. Prices can change without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is collected in full at the time of ordering through the secure payment methods offered at checkout. We do not store your card details. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

5. Orders and order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we will refund it in full.

6. Shipping

Shipping is free. Processing and delivery times, tracking and what happens if a package is lost or damaged are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Returns and refunds

Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, as described in the Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

8. Your account and your information

You are responsible for keeping your account details and your order information accurate and up to date, so that we can deliver your order and contact you if needed. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or copy its content, or to interfere with its operation. We may suspend access to the Store for anyone who breaches these rules.

10. Intellectual property

The Store, its design, texts, images and the Belle Elle and CloudHug names and logos are owned by or licensed to PROSUN GOOD LIFE SRL. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

11. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it on the Store and in our marketing. You confirm that you own the content and that it is not misleading, offensive or unlawful.

12. Warranties and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated in these terms and in our Refund & Return Policy, products are provided as described on the product page. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

13. Third-party links

The Store may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the Store after an update means you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and nothing here limits them. We will always try to resolve any issue directly with you first: write to info@foreverzen.co. Consumers in the European Union can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, and consumers in Romania can contact ANPC at anpc.ro.
